Adaptive PEAccommodation: Adaptive Physical Education
Provided for students who may be physically challenged and/or who may have chronic medical condition(s). This accommodation is determined in consultation with the Chair of the Physical Education Department. Eligibility for this accommodation will be based on appropriate documentation submitted.For this accommodation your must notify ODS one semester before services needed. There are no Physical Education Waivers.

accommodations appropriate documentation is necessary as outlined by the
documentation criteria. In addition,
you must follow the registration process for consideration for any accommodations.
