Meal Plan Adjustment/Release based on medical condition(s), should be direct to ODS. Diet/Nutrition Assistance is provided for students with special dietary needs.Those needs may include but are not limited to food selection and preparation of meals.Eligibility for this accommodation will be based on appropriate documentation submitted. For this accommodation you must notify ODS within five (5) day of services needed.
Please note: For all
accommodations appropriate documentation is necessary as outlined by the
documentation criteria. In addition,
you must follow the registration process for consideration for any accommodations.
