Accommodation: Disability Related Absences

May be provided for students who will have prolonged and/or repeated absences due to their disability and/or chronic medical condition(s). Eligibility for this accommodation will be based on appropriate documentation submitted.For classes requiring Disability Related Absences, you must submit your class schedule.Your accommodation letters will be available for pick up in twenty-four (24) hours. As soon as possible arrange, a private meeting with each of your professors and present your accommodation letter. During your meeting, you should clarify with the professor the attendance policy.

Please note: For all accommodations appropriate documentation is necessary as outlined by the documentation criteria. In addition, you must follow the registration process for consideration for any accommodations.
